Barnhouse Sound Productions

Our collaboration with this destination recording studio consisted of three different phases.

First, we took them through our positioning & messaging services, which included an end-to-end marketing plan to attract more post-production clients.

Then, we helped strategize, test and configure multiple Meta Ads campaigns that increased studio bookings and delivered a high ROI.

Finally, we redesigned the website, wrote new copy, and initiated an ongoing SEO plan.

cityHUNT

We began by consolidating cityHUNT’s Google Ads and integrating offline conversions from Salesforce so we can optimize for true ROI.

Then, we outlined a new website to focus on cityHUNT’s highest-converting pages and highest-value clients. We wrote new copy for the most visited pages in the buyer journey based on Salesforce data enabled by CloudAmp.

We led a team that included digital marketing experts from Vigilante Marketing (web design and development) and Salt Water Digital (SEO) to build out the new website and content strategy.

Finally, we developed an interactive marketing performance dashboard that provides dynamic performance data per acquisition channel, including monthly lead and revenue targets, gross profit, and true ROI.

Mirai Security

This boutique cybersecurity consultancy sought to standardize its service offerings.

Its sales process had become a bottleneck, as each proposal had to be tailored to a custom solution, which meant coordinating information with a very busy service delivery team.

Further, Mirai’s service pages didn’t align with what they do best. The company needed solution-focused web pages that could act as marketable statements of work.

We delivered our productization service with technical copywriting for 18 cybersecurity services. Each involved two hours of SME interviews with Mirai’s cybersecurity experts to inform the deliverables.

Chroma Systems

Audio Visual Consultant Sam Scott needed a technical copywriter to help execute a strategic content marketing plan by Forge & Spark Media. As a commercial AV SME, Justin Sarris was up to the task.

Over the next two years, we produced 21 pieces of high-quality blog content that leveraged and featured Sam’s expertise.

Our work had a notable SEO impact, ranking Chroma #1 in its Greater Vancouver service area for strategic keywords including “av consultant,” “audio visual consultants,” and “av project planning,” among others.

Chaibaba Tea

Chaibaba is a community-based business that sources and blends loose leaf teas from around the world. We’d already been providing Chaibaba with eCommerce technical support for years (this was Justin’s first digital marketing client!) when we were asked to design its new website.

Our goal was to combine a slick eCommerce experience with authentic messaging that truly captured Chaibaba’s warmth and authenticity, weaving its story throughout the pages with copy informed by our interviews with Chaibaba’s caretaker, Crystal.

West Coast Wave Riders

Simplifying the Sea-Doo rental experience was our number one goal for WCWR’s new website. Through our competitor analysis, we found the logistical headaches of reservations, waivers and changing rules across rental companies often diminish the thrilling and carefree experience customers desire.

We structured WCWR’s website copy around how refreshingly simple it is to book with them. Of course, the business needs to deliver on these promises, so we set them up with Booqable Rental Software to streamline operations.

We also manage WCWR’s seasonal Google Ads and are excited to be working with Salt Water Digital to improve SEO.
